  The SPH Building and Facilities Hours page contains information about the building hours as well as information pertaining to SPH locker rooms.

• SPH Building Repair and Maintenance

  The SPH Department of Facilities and Services is the primary manager of the SPH building. Keeping our facilities in clean, accessible and safe condition is important to us. If you notice a problem in our building please let us know by emailing Mark Brenneman or calling 301-405-2440. If you have a building emergency and it is after hours please contact Work Control at 301-405-2222.

• Facilities Requests

  The Facilities Request page requires a UMD login. This web application is a centralized point for requesting a room reservation, card access/troubleshooting, and a physical key to a room.

• IT Repair Tickets

  The IT Repair Tickets page allows you to create a work request for your information technology needs. Please remember to provide detailed information, as this will help us ensure the best possible service.

• IT "How To" Information

  The IT Department provides information ranging from links to various campus IT services, "how to" use remote desktop, "how to" back up Windows 7, and what software can be found on the SPH laptop carts.This information is updated as often as possible.

• Technology Classroom Support

  The Technology Classroom Support page is a resource for instructors using our facilities for their lectures. We have laptop carts available for reservation, as well as wireless microphones for the main lecture hall. Additionally, we also troubleshoot problems and help train instructors how to best take advantage of our available technology.
