Change Your Major

Changing your major to Community Health is a two step process:

First, go to the college Student Services website hhp.umd.edu/studentservices.

• Under "Current Student" click on "The 4-Year Plan"
• Read and at the bottom of the page click on the "here" which will take you to the "Directions for Completing the Academic Plan" webpage
• Follow the directions -- print and complete the two "HLTH" sheets:
         "Academic Planning"
         "Community Health Four Year Template"

Second, after you have completed the above, call the Community Health office at 301-405-2463, to schedule an advising appointment to see Dr. Hyde. Bring the two forms with you - make sure you complete each one.
