On October 15th, 2008, the undergraduate Public and Community Health majors enrolled in HLTH 491 (internship) participated in a "poster session". The goal of the event is to highlight the different organizations hosting PCH interns, as well as the many activities and projects in which the interns participate during their internship.
This event is particularly helpful for students interested in an internship placement (HLTH 490 students are one semester away from their internship and are actively seeking a placement at the time of the poster session), and provides them with an opportunity to actually discuss a specific agency with a current intern.
